Community Living Supports (CLS).
Personal Care such as (but are not limited to) bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, mobility, etc.
Facilitating community and recreational outings, including transport.
Providing support with hobbies, studies, and social activities.
Reading, writing, and carrying out directions.
Charting or taking notes for others to review.
Reporting changes in the health or status of the client.
Measuring vitals, height, and weight.
Responding to emergency situations.
Administering medication.
Transporting client to appointments; as well as provide company if resident wants to go for a walk around the neighborhood.
Monitor client activity; ensure home and unit security, and providing routine time checks at a minimum of every 2 hours.
Attend required trainings and mandatory meetings.
Carries out all duties as assigned by the housing Management.
